Learning the salsa beat

When I was learning to salsa, One of the challenges was to understand the beat. I did not find many resources on the web but this was helpful. There is also some other software but I did not try that. If you did, please let me know.

hahahahah when i was learning to salsa. my freind says the same thing and im like its dance salsa not salsa. shell be like lets bachata or merenge lol ohhhh shes so gringa!

tips from a NYC rhumbero let your upper body and arms gowith the beat. its like if you move your hands when you talk just move them with the beat.
